Our Story
Ardor by Chance started with a simple conviction: the best meals happen when the kitchen cares as much about the person sitting at the table as the one standing at the pass. We opened our doors on North Lincoln Avenue with nothing but a well-seasoned cast iron, a refrigerator full of local produce, and a stubborn refusal to treat hospitality as an afterthought.
Every dish on our menu is an invitation — to slow down, to taste something made with genuine attention, to leave feeling like you were exactly where you were meant to be. That's not a slogan. That's just what we do.
